...I have received from DSA they had made it so much easy to study with my condition as they gave me  the best and the most appropriate support to my needs  which I required in order to complete my university city course. I also want to give a special thanks  to my assessor and Support assistance: assessor she helped me a lot and I appreciate her support.

I would like to add that my assessor name was clear, affable and took great care to ensure that I understood all the necessary parameters.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could pass on my thanks for everyone's help. 

She offered me support in ways I didn't even think of myself and has made my time at University so much easier for me! She gave me some great advice and was very informative when it came to different systems that would benefit me and make my time at University as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you again.

...and helped by Access 1st during this time which i appreciate. The needs assessment test was before Covid 19 but it helped me work out what would be best for me and im glad i did it.

Its a easy way to studying and giving my the opportunity to take this degree to the end, with out this help it was very difficult. I recieved the best assessment with very good and professional people they understand what you need and how your condition affects you to take the study's at the end .Thank you!

I was given a variety of options according to my health disability.

Assessor was friendly and made me feel comfortable discussing any issues and learning difficulties I had. She was a great listener, patient and was able to guide me on the best solutions to help improve my learning in the future. Overall I felt at ease and would be happy to talk with her again in the future.

I have read the report and can confirm my consent for it to be sent to SFE.

Thank you for organising the changes. I’m actually moving out of home for the first time. My partner and I have rented a flat together. I’ve had a lot of support throughout the last few years and I finally feel stable enough to start exploring the world and doing adult things.

I also received the results for my first year of university, and I got a first. I really could not have done it without the support you put in place for me.

The hardware and software has given me an enjoyable learning experience. I am more confident now and is able to go around difficult things I couldn't do before.
Without ACCESS 1st learning will have been difficult.
