We managed to get an appointment quite quickly and I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the interview and the understanding of my sons condition (ADD). I was quite surprised at the level of help that my son is entitled to and would highly recommend the lady who we dealt with.

My assessment went extremely well. Christalla was such a lovely assessor and made me feel very comfortable. Her assessment was thorough and I did not feel like I was being ignored or misunderstood. She advised me of all my options and recommended really handy resources for me that I think would be very helpful. A lovely experience.

My assessment appointment with Daniel was straightforward; he made me feel comfortable, discussed all my difficulties and needs and followed up—he was a very polite, communicative and supportive assessor. The service I received was very good today and I received support in all areas.

Ms Christalla was very professional, open and frank. She managed the assessment engagement with such competence that I was never anxious at any point.

Given that I have severe anxiety I felt very laid back with my assessor. She made me feel completely at ease. The equipment and technology provided has really helped me in my studies.

I have been assisted by Access1st since March 2018. The staff is so helpful and concerned about their clients welfare and satisfaction. They suggest the best for you and make sure you get it and content. There is no single time I called them with an issue and was not solved within hours. All of them are very good but I have only had a chance to meet Christalla in person. But all of them are wonderful though it's now by telephone, still I get what I want.

Daniel called me punctually and I felt comfortable and confident to explain my difficulties without feeling judged or patronised. After years of not wanting to admit I have a disability I was glad to feel understood, respected and supported. Very professional and helpful service. The assessment was thorough and kind. I feel so much better prepared for my course now

Dear Access-1st, I have just had a DSA needs assessment for my MSc with employee Harry Charalambous. I would like to note how fantastic and helpful he was throughout the entire process. As I'm someone with ADHD, he calmly listened to me ramble on whilst noting the most important parts of what I was saying. My needs assessment was with Dr Amy Renton was an eye opening experience. As I suffer from anxiety I would like to say that Amy straightaway put me at ease and conducted the assessment in both a friendly, professional and exceptionally informative manner. She informed me of loads of equipment and software that will really help me with studying as I have many complex health conditions and have really been struggling with studying.Furthermore her recommendations were all accepted speedily by DSA,
