I have been assisted by Access1st since March 2018. The staff is so helpful and concerned about their clients welfare and satisfaction. They suggest the best for you and make sure you get it and content. There is no single time I called them with an issue and was not solved within hours. All of them are very good but I have only had a chance to meet Christalla in person. But all of them are wonderful though it's now by telephone, still I get what I want.

Daniel called me punctually and I felt comfortable and confident to explain my difficulties without feeling judged or patronised. After years of not wanting to admit I have a disability I was glad to feel understood, respected and supported. Very professional and helpful service. The assessment was thorough and kind. I feel so much better prepared for my course now

Christalla was very helpful in finding ways to make my university life easier for me and took her time to listen to my needs.

I was well supported in my first semester with note taking but the 2nd semester was not as I expected.
The laptop battery stopped charging and I contacted Remtek system and they promised to get it sorted soon.

Christalla was so helpful and friendly!! All my questions were answered perfectly, she was really understanding and allowed me to explain everything. The whole experience was really pleasant and made easy. Can't thank her enough!

I couldn't of asked for anyone better than Amy, I dont normally do this but, Amy has been amazing, very understanding and quick in replying and solving all the questions/queries I've had. She is one of the only people I can talk to and not have an aniexty attack. She really deserves the praise!

Katerina has provided excellent customer services. she listened and executed her telephone manner appropriately. I felt at ease why making this appointment. She cares for the people she come into contact with. Katerina is an assist to the company.

The entire process was handled with great professionalism and care, the agents were looking to meet my concerns and any type of problems or complications that my situation required, and at the same time they were very kind and careful.
