We work with individuals and organisations who are open to WORK WONDERS, especially in complex matters, where finding viable ways forward is a priority.

Where there are obstacles to a person’s ability to work and/or study, we work step by step, towards raising wellbeing, capabilities and effective performance.

Obstacles may arise from a range of factors. These may be:

  1. Direct factors: There may be a disabling condition affecting the ability to work, which may be recognised under the Equality Act 2010, including
    • Mobility, Dexterity and Ergonomics;
    • Physical and Mental wellbeing;
    • Learning Differences – Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Austism Spectrum Conditions;
    • Communication and social interaction;
    • Hearing and Vision;

  2. Indirect factors: issues may arise from a family situation calling for some discreet adjustments supporting wellbeing and ability to respond to their commitments.

  3. Contingent factors: A promotion or significant change in workplace demands can bring new stress factors and may require some strategic training, or facilitating learning in a new skill set.

In sensitive and complex matters you need the best available strategic advice for de-escalating critical situations. Our work is broad-ranging, well-focussed and practical in facilitating individual and team adjustments, training, and support.

  • Expertise in identifying needs and delivering support with effective strategies for dissipating issues and facilitating solutions;
  • Ongoing advice to assist you with the effective implementation of support;

Whatever the presenting situation, we believe in your talent and your ability to expand yours/your teams’ capabilities in working well, building your work/study life the way that you want it to be.
